

Calcined natural rutile is a product obtained by high-temperature calcination of natural rutile containing over 90% TiO2 in an industrial furnace. Under high-temperature conditions, the crystal water and free water in rutile ore are eroded, resulting in extremely low moisture content. At the same time, the low-melting oxides and organic additives in the ore are also eroded at high temperatures. The calcined natural rutile is purer, with high TiO2 content, low moisture content, low sulfur, and low phosphorus characteristics. Main applications: manufacturing auxiliary materials for high-grade welding electrodes, welding flux, and flux-cored welding wires.
