Zircon flour:ZRF-B, primarily composed of zirconium silicate (ZrSiO₄), is an important industrial raw material widely used for its excellent high-temperature resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical properties. Its characteristics include a high melting point (about 2500°C), low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, and corrosion resistance, which make it stable in extreme environments. In addition, zircon powder is usually in the form of white or light gray powder with adjustable particle size (such as 325 mesh specifications), suitable for various processing techniques.

Zircon flour is primarily used in the following areas: as a key component in refractory materials for manufacturing refractory bricks and castables; in the ceramic industry as a glaze or body additive to enhance the wear resistance, hardness, and strength of ceramics; and in the manufacture of foundry coatings for large steel castings.and also in the production of wear-resistant materials and frits.
